Kids & Family Yoga is a developmentally appropriate yoga practice that will help kids build confidence, self-esteem, and improve concentration levels. Kids will learn how to relax and have fun! Each class will include hatha style yoga poses, a theme, breathing techniques, and a peak posture! Kara teaches workshops, family yoga, kids yoga, tween yoga, and yoga for the Girl Scouts!
