Kids Yoga with Kara’s after school enrichment classes focus on age appropriate yoga for kids!
We utilize mindfulness-based techniques and breathing exercises to provide children with fun and practical ways to relieve stress. Classes are geared towards helping children effectively cope with tests and other life stressors. Overwhelmingly, research shows that children who practice yoga-based movement are better able to regulate their emotions, manage stress, and calm themselves. Through games and creative movement, children are introduced to mindfulnesstechniques and positive affirmations to boost confidence. Most importantly,classes are fun and relaxing!
